At RIPSHOES LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the United States. Every day, we deliver to customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

We know you’re excited to receive your new footwear! To ensure quality and accuracy:

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST) – Monday to Friday.
• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We keep our shipping simple and transparent with a flat-rate fee for all domestic orders:

*Note: Total estimated delivery time (Handling + Transit) is 3–7 business days.

3. Trusted Shipping Carriers

To ensure your shoes arrive safely, we partner with world-class logistics providers:

• UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically selected based on the best delivery speed to your destination.

4. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

🚫 International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your address is 100% correct. RIPSHOES LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
