We currently provide shipping services across the United States. To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with industry-leading carriers, including:

We offer a simple, transparent flat-rate shipping fee:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
  • There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges at checkout.
  1. ORDER CUTOFF TIME

To ensure timely processing, please note our daily cutoff:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST) – Pacific Standard Time.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME (HANDLING TIME)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • During this period, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and package your items for shipment.
  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (TRANSIT TIME)

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated time for delivery is:

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and carrier efficiency.
  1. ORDER TRACKING

Transparency is key. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your tracking number.
  • A link to the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress in real-time.
  1. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • RIPSHOES LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

When the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” it is considered fulfilled. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items delivered prematurely).
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  1. DELAYS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE
  • Delays: While we aim for punctuality, delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier strikes, or high-volume seasons. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact support@ripshoes.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
  1. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure they reach you as fast as possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

  1. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If a package is returned to us because it was “Undeliverable,” “Refused,” or the address was incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  1. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the Processing stage (usually within a few hours), we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

  1. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), both handling and transit times may increase slightly. We will post specific “Order By” dates on our website to ensure your gifts arrive on time.
