How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

## ORDER MANAGEMENT

Can I change or cancel my order? You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After this time, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be modified.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact support@ripshoes.com immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update it. If it has already shipped, we are unable to change the destination.

I ordered multiple items; will they arrive together? In most cases, yes. However, depending on stock levels, items may occasionally ship from different facilities, resulting in separate packages and tracking numbers.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns.

How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my items arrive damaged or defective? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at support@ripshoes.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
