CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER POLICY

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

At RIPSHOES LLC, we work quickly to process and ship your orders as soon as they are placed. Because we aim for rapid delivery, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancellations. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW
  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST) – Pacific Standard Time.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment center or handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), we can no longer modify or cancel it.
  1. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of the time of purchase.

  • To cancel, please email support@ripshoes.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  • If the request is made within the 2-hour window and before the order has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  1. ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS

Before an order is processed, you may request the following changes:

  • Product Changes: Swapping for a different size or color (of the same price).
  • Quantity Changes: Increasing or decreasing the number of items.
  • Personal Information: Correcting typos in your name or contact details. If the order has already entered our automated fulfillment system, you may need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
  1. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address.
  • RIPSHOES LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer if the address change request was made after the package left our facility.
  1. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once a tracking number has been generated and the order is marked as “Shipped,” no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • If you no longer want the items, you must wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return by contacting support@ripshoes.com.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable for shipped orders.
  1. DUPLICATE ORDERS

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order (two identical orders), please notify us immediately.

  • If neither order has been processed, we will cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund.
  • If one has already been shipped, you will need to return the second package once it arrives to receive a refund.
  1. PAYMENT ISSUES

If your payment is declined or flagged by our system:

  • The order will be placed on “Hold.”
  • We will contact you to verify your information or request a different payment method.
  • If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & STATUS CHANGES

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place your order. If this happens:

  • We will notify you immediately via email.
  • You will have the choice to:
    1. Wait for the item to be back in stock.
    2. Exchange it for a similar item of equal value.
    3. Receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
  1. SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers, RIPSHOES LLC uses fraud detection software.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
  • If your order is flagged, we may reach out for additional verification. If verification is not provided, the order will be canceled and refunded.

To ensure your request is handled as quickly as possible, please email us with the following:

  • Subject: [Cancel/Change] Order #XXXXX
  • Body: Clearly state what you would like to change (e.g., “Change shipping address to…” or “Cancel my order”).
  1. POLICY UPDATES

RIPSHOES LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all orders placed after the “Last Updated” date.
