Order Adjustment & Address Verification Policy

At RIPSHOES LLC, we strive to process and ship your footwear as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new shoes. We understand that mistakes can happen or plans can change. This policy outlines our procedures for modifying, canceling, or ensuring the accuracy of your order details.

1. Cancellation or Modification Window (4 Hours)

We provide a 4-hour window immediately following your purchase to request any adjustments or cancellations. During this period, our system allows for changes before the order is sent to our fulfillment center for picking and packing.

Within this 4-hour timeframe, you may:

  • Cancel your entire order for a full refund.
  • Update the shipping address (if you noticed a typo).
  • Modify product details (such as changing a shoe size or color, subject to availability).

How to request a change:
Please contact us immediately via email at support@ripshoes.com or through the “Contact Us” form on our website. Please include your Order Number and the specific change you wish to make to ensure priority handling.

2. Post-4-Hour Processing Note

Once the 4-hour window has passed, your order is automatically integrated into our shipping queue. At this stage, we are unable to make further changes, cancellations, or redirects. If you no longer want the item after this period, you will need to follow our standard Return & Refund Policy after the package has been delivered to you.

3. Address Accuracy & Verification

To ensure a successful delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process. A valid address must include:

  • Full Name of the recipient.
  • Complete Street Name and House/Apartment Number.
  • City, State/Province, and correct ZIP/Postal Code.
  • A valid Phone Number for carrier contact.

Note: We strongly recommend double-checking your information on the order summary page before hitting the “Submit” button.

4. Liability for Shipping Issues

RIPSHOES LLC is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these instances.
